The OPPQ defines that: “The psychoeducator evaluates the difficulties of adaptation and the adaptive capacities, determines an intervention plan and ensures the proof, restores and develops the adaptive capacities of the person. It also contributes to the development of environmental conditions in order to promote the optimal adaptation of human beings in interaction with their environment”.

The OPQ defines that: “Psychotherapy is a psychological treatment for a mental disorder, for behavioral disturbances or for any other problem resulting in psychological suffering or distress that aims to promote in the client significant changes in their cognitive, emotional or behavioral functioning, in their interpersonal system, in his personality or in his state of health”.
